These terms govern your access to and use of the FuelX Peptides website, application process, and products.

Eligibility. Accounts are limited to approved applicants who meet our internal review criteria. FuelX Peptides reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, without explanation.

Ordering & payment. Prices, availability, and terms are communicated to approved accounts. Orders are quoted individually. Payment is arranged manually (Zelle or crypto) and orders are shipped only after payment is confirmed.

Research use only. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. See our Research Use Only Policy.

No returns on cold-chain products. Due to the nature of the materials, opened or temperature-sensitive shipments cannot be returned. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any transit-related issues.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelX Peptides disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the misuse of products supplied.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
